You’ve got the hospital bag, the onesies, the birth plan… but what about a postpartum plan?
This class is for pregnant people who’ve prepared for birth—but want to feel just as ready for what comes after. Because the truth is: postpartum can be beautiful, but it’s also unpredictable, messy, emotional, and exhausting in ways that are hard to imagine until you’re in it. You deserve a plan that’s about you.
Hour 1: Build Your Support System
Personalize your postpartum plan so it actually supports you. Learn how to ask for help that helps, set boundaries with visitors, plan meal trains, and build shared routines with your partner. Explore your sensory preferences so you can set up an environment that helps you stay grounded and resourced—before the overwhelm hits.
Hour 2: Navigate the Inner Shift
This hour dives into the emotional landscape of postpartum—sensory overload, feeling touched out, identity shifts, and mental health. We’ll talk self-love, evolving relationships, and redefining intimacy and pleasure on your terms. It’s real, honest support for what happens after the plan.
You’ll leave with:
A beautiful, personalized Postpartum Playbook
Small-group connection (only 8 spots)
Clear steps to feel supported your way
A sense of calm about what’s ahead
Led by a pelvic floor occupational therapist and maternal health specialist who’s been there, done that with her own postpartum and with her clients—and created this class because she knows how she would do it differently. To thrive, not just survive.
