A gentle class for pregnancy that will focus on relaxa on as well as stretching and strengthening to help with pregnancy aches and pains. The class will also introduce techniques that help to prepare for labor and birth. Beginners welcome. It is recommended to wait until 14 weeks gestation to begin pregnancy yoga.

Price: $70A gentle strength-building class designed for postpartum women. This class is taught by a pelvic floor therapist. Students will focus on learning breathwork, core, and pelvic floor activation. Great for women 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum who are wanting to return to exercise confidently.
