    A gentle class for pregnancy that will focus on relaxation as well as stretching and strengthening to help with pregnancy aches and pains. The class will also introduce techniques that help to prepare for labor and birth. Beginners welcome. It is recommended to wait until 14 weeks gestation to begin pregnancy yoga.

    Stretch and move with your baby! Bond and meet other new parents. Suitable for postpartum (once cleared by medical professional) and beginners. Pre-crawling babies only please.

    This welcoming, all-levels yoga class is designed to support every body—whether you're brand new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner. We’ll move through a mindful flow that blends breath, gentle movement, and options to modify or deepen poses based on your needs. Our focus is on building strength, improving flexibility, and cultivating calm. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, connected, and refreshed.
