Memberships

Do I need a membership to attend classes at The Village?

No, you don’t! Our memberships come with discounts for some of the classes, but you can purchase them ala carte as well. With our new coworking program, you don’t even need a membership to use the childcare! Just make sure to submit the childcare form to let us know you’ll be there!

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to see you go, but we understand that seasons change! Village memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period and you will have access to your benefits until the end of that cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. To cancel, please email us at info@villagemotherhood.co from the account associated with your membership.

Coworking & Childcare

What is the coworking program?

Our coworking days are thoughtfully designed for working parents — or any parent who simply needs a few dedicated hours of peace and focus. To help us ensure appropriate staffing and a great experience for everyone, we ask that you register at least 24 hours in advance using this form.

On coworking days, you can drop off your little one to be cared for and entertained by one of our experienced childcare attendants, then settle into our café to work with free Wi-Fi and great coffee in a calm, supportive environment.

Current Coworking Days:

  • Mondays | 9:00–12:00 PM

  • Wednesdays | 2:00–5:00 PM

Do I need the coworking membership to attend?

No! One of our new changes this year allows parents who don’t have an existing membership to drop-in to our coworking days for $15/ per child (2 hour max). We hope this added flexibility is a benefit for all. If you plan to drop in, please make sure to still register at least 24 hours in advance using this form so that we can plan for your visit accordingly.

Can I bring my child if I’m not using childcare?

Yes! Children are always welcome in our space. The coffee shop and boutique are family-friendly, and some classes allow little ones to join.

How long can I leave my children in the childcare?

Children can be in our childcare for up to two hours, once per day.

Can I leave the Village to run errands while my children are in the childcare?

Our childcare is not a full daycare and we require parents to remain onsite for the duration of their stay. You may, however, visit other businesses in our shopping center such as the Albertson’s next door. Child-free grocery shopping? What a luxury!

How do I know I can trust your childcare?

As fellow mamas, we deeply understand how hard it can be to leave your little ones in someone else’s care. That’s why we’ve thoughtfully designed every part of our childcare experience to help you feel confident, relaxed, and supported while you enjoy your time at The Village.

Our childcare team is made up of experienced professionals who are all background-checked and certified in both first aid and CPR. The space is equipped with a first aid kit and a LifeVac emergency device, and is under constant video monitoring to ensure the highest level of safety and accountability.

For extra peace of mind, we offer a live video feed of the childcare room, streamed to both our café and fitness areas—so you can glance up at any time and see your child happily playing nearby.
