MEET JULIA
Julia discovered yoga at the age of 15, drawn in by the way she felt after class and the supportive community she practiced with. A few years later, she stumbled upon Bhava Yoga Studio’s 200-hour teacher training, and her path as an instructor began. Over the past eight years, Julia has taught in both studios and gyms, completed Inner Peace Yoga Therapy’s 300-hour training, and continued to refine her ability to share joy through practice.
As both a teacher and a mother, Julia’s journey has deepened her passion for yoga. She is currently pursuing certification in prenatal and postpartum yoga to reflect the season of life she is in and the wisdom she has gained. Having taught up to her 37th week of pregnancy, she understands firsthand the profound impact that movement and community can have on every body.
Julia teaches with a focus on alignment, compassion, and self-love. She believes yoga nurtures awareness, allowing us to better know ourselves and find freedom within.
